OK. I am two weeks into this break and I have not done a thing. I haven't even followed my work out schedule. So... here I am.. scheduling. I go to WW on Thursday and I KNOW I'll be up. I'm chalking it up to the holidays and I'm saying goodbye to weight gain. For-Ev-Er.
This week: - Tuesday January 5th to Saturday January 9th
Work out EVERY MORNING. Up by 10 (eat something), shower by 11:30, functional by lunch. Work on my disaster room. It HAS to be done by Friday. Everything.. including unpacking my trunk. Ugh. Lunch with my ARH loves, maybe New Roc City, and actual city with the (not real, not even male) boyf. Follow diet strictly. Lost weight!
Next week: Sunday January 10th to Saturday January 16th
Continue the workout schedule, but intensify (incline up the whole time maybe, atl 2 and 4?). Finish Seinlanguage. Start another book! I'm on break and I won't have time to read until AUGUST. My God. I want to read the new Dan Brown, so maybe I'll do that. Be social. Somehow. WATCH GREYS on Thursday. Come hell or high water. Cook more! Lose weight.
Next next week (the last week):
Continue workout schedule. Intensify again.. maybe 4 and 5 incline. Maybe, we'll see. Enjoy my last week off! Find a new book and finish it because I will be out of time. Stay social. Cook even more. Follow diet so strict. Lose more more weight.
If I can follow this, and my God I need to, maybe I'll lose five lbs, have a nice neat room, get my sleeping schedule back in order and make some friends (or friendships stronger)! Who knows though.
Fun fact, when I watch the Jimmy Fallon show, I always wonder what song the roots would play for me.

The one in which I..
NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
1. Get in shape - Downloaded the APFT guide.. used the treadmill. 6 days a week (shouldn't be hard, I did it all fall).
2. BOYFRIEND - For real.
3. Keep my room spotless... get it there in the first place.
4. Good grades. Need them for nursing, for career, self, for career.
Self improvement is the name of the game. I WILL do this!
